Eagle View Lake was started by a group of like-minded local business owners that were brought together by an idea to create a lakeside development in the community of Chapman. Many of us grew up enjoying the “lake life” in the Merrick county area and hope to share the same fun, family experiences with a whole new group of people. Because Chapman is centrally located between Grand Island, Central City, and Aurora, families from all over can enjoy the quiet rural life while being only minutes from work, school or shopping.
